PMActivize Lighting Products Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
PMActivize offer international shipping.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for individual items and whole box purchases.
However, additional shipping fees may apply to certain remote locations or in special circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust shipping terms based on regional restrictions or unforeseen events that may affect delivery.
*For larger quantity orders negotiated offline, shipping fees will be discussed and applied based on the order size and destination.
3. Delivery Time
For individual items and whole box purchases, the delivery time may vary between 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination. For larger quantity orders negotiated offline, delivery time will be determined separately and communicated during the negotiation process.
4. Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to PMActivize as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to PMActivize, please contact PMActivize to make arrangements for reshipment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Shipping Restrictions
For returns, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
